Procedure for writing a blog:
When required:
Post blogs:

When signed in on Google+ with group id and password goto BLOGGER here

To write new blog goto ‘posts’ on left hand side of page

Click on ‘New post’ under ‘My Blogs’ in top left corner.

Enter the title in the ‘post title’ box at the top of the page

In the main section use ‘photo’ icon to insert photograph. Once inserted, right click on photograph and select ‘caption’ to enter caption.

Underneath photo enter main details of blog post. You do not need to re-enter the title.

When complete go to right hand side and enter any labels (tags) such as your name, announcement etc. If you type a new one it will automatically appear it the list of possible tags. All new tags must be separated with a comma.

Press 'preview' button to see it as it will appear on website. Close tab in your browser to return to Blogger page.

When post is ready, click on the ‘publish’ button.

After posting, click on FB icon at bottom of post to share to facebook.

Monitor blog page comments:

Look for comments awaiting moderation

If moderation needed then goto awaiting moderation and approve
