Procedure for entering an event:


Once a month update two monthly events (meeting and photo outing):



  • Create a Word file with formatted text about the event. Send an email to the webmaster with the Word document and a suitable picture as attachments to update the website. NB. use attachment for the picture rather than inserting it in the document.

  • In the case of the monthly photo outing, go into group Google+ calendar* and find the correct date. Edit ‘this occurrence only’ and change the TBA in the ‘where’ section to the correct destination.



* To find calendar go on to Google + and click on the apps icon (nine grey squares in the top right corner). The calendar appears in the drop down menu.
