Procedure for entering an event:
Once a month update two monthly events (meeting and photo outing):
Create a Word file with formatted text about the event. Send an email to the webmaster with the Word document and a suitable picture as attachments to update the website. NB. use attachment for the picture rather than inserting it in the document.
In the case of the monthly photo outing, go into group Google+ calendar* and find the correct date. Edit ‘this occurrence only’ and change the TBA in the ‘where’ section to the correct destination.
* To find calendar go on to Google + and click on the apps icon (nine grey squares in the top right corner). The calendar appears in the drop down menu.
